The FocusCast development team (enugo k.k.) strives to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with our product. Because we offer a fully-featured free trial, we strictly enforce our refund policy as outlined below.
We provide a free version that allows you to test the core features of the app without any time limits. We strongly encourage you to download and install the software before purchasing a Pro license to ensure it runs as expected on your specific macOS environment.
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with FocusCast for any reason, we offer a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date.
While we recommend testing the free version first, we understand that you may discover issues or realize the software doesn't meet your expectations only after using it extensively.
Whether it's due to technical issues that cannot be resolved, or simply because it doesn't fit your workflow, we will gladly process your refund without hassle. Purchase with confidence.
