Troubleshooting

Black screen or not recording

You might not have granted macOS Screen Recording permissions.

Solution:
Go to "System Settings" > "Privacy & Security" > "Screen Recording" and toggle FocusCast to ON.

Keystrokes not showing / Zoom not tracking

FocusCast requires Accessibility permissions to detect keyboard and mouse inputs.

Solution:
Go to "System Settings" > "Privacy & Security" > "Accessibility" and allow FocusCast.

Webcam overlay is not visible

Camera access permission might not be granted.

Solution:
Go to "System Settings" > "Privacy & Security" > "Camera" and allow FocusCast.
